Designer muller fres

The heart of the company Muller Fres was formed by five brothers, it was a family dedicated to glassmaking who trained and worked at the Galle factory.


  1. Henri established a decoration studio in Lunéville in 1895 and joined his brothers shortly after.


  1. The studio sometimes used up to six or seven different layers of colored glass to create their famous glassware, based on the Art Nouveau style, using nature as a decorative theme.


  1. In the years leading up to the First World War, their production was technically excellent and very creative. They also worked with the integration of metal and glass to create the flight of birds and the drawing of snails, among other things.

Production ceased at the beginning of the First World War, in which Eugène was killed.
