The factory Rogaška Crystal is located in the town of Rogaška Slatina in Slovenia.
In late 1665, small workshops known as "forest glass cabins" began to be established in the wooded areas of the region, located in the midst of the forests.
In 1927, the modern factory was officially inaugurated.
During the second half of the 20th century, under the framework of the former Yugoslavia, Rogaška experienced massive expansion and gained an unbreakable reputation in international markets.
Due to the extraordinary skill of its master artisans in cutting, engraving, and polishing glass with exceptional clarity, Rogaška became the trusted manufacturer and exclusive supplier for many of the world’s most prestigious luxury glass and tableware brands (such as Tiffany & Co., Waterford, Mikasa, and Lenox, among others).
After Slovenia's independence in 1991, the factory underwent a restructuring process to adapt to the demands of the European free market, modernizing its design techniques without losing its artisanal essence.
In recent years, Steklarna Rogaška became part of the prestigious international conglomerate Fiskars Group, a Finnish group specialized in high-end lifestyle design brands (which also includes legendary firms such as Iittala, Waterford, and Royal Doulton).
